Pocahantas asked me just a few days ago if I have ever made Pumpkin soup. I have a wonderful recipie I have used which I think is in my Moosewood Cookbook.

Watch this video to be inspired! I am so excited that when I went shopping I happened to have picked up two of the three squash, which are really pumpkin varieties used by this chef:

MMMMM!!! He pairs it with a duck recipie! I think I am going to have to look for one as I know there is some duck in my boyfriend's freezer.
