The day after my Vaccination record was received from VA Dept of Health I found the original where I safely stored it!

I was vaccinated fully in January with the Pfizer vaccination. It was easy to ask for a copy sent but I held off and kept looking!

I finally gave up looking and ordered the new one.

At least I know now where both records are, and one is electronic which is handy.
