Darn, I am up late cause I have had some pain in my left neck. I took some alleve and it is not helping.
Not sure why it is so darn sore.
Wonder if it has anything to do with the office chair of the new job? Ansering the phone? Pivoting my body? Perhaps something to do with the angle I am sitting at?

I have to bring pillow perhaps with me to adjust how I sit in that office chair?

I mean that is the only thing I am doing differently of late.

I am trying to recall if I had neck pain BEFORE I started this new job. I have to re-read as I think maybe I did? YEAH I was thinking it was related to the migrane?
OH YEAH
my head kinda hurts to...
so that means this pain started BEFORE the new job.

YEAH it hurt at the last board meeting I went to in person. That was before started the new job...

Anyway
It is not getting better from the alleve.

SO I was reading my fav poet's twitter and he reposted some incredible content of other poets, along with a poem of his that of course just made me moved and well up again.
(A love poem I found beautiful)

But I come to write as was so excited by the message from the Kia local dealer rep but the LAST thing I was doing before going to sleep was charging all the phone handsets and my cell
in anticipation of getting a call in the AM from the potential new client; and making sure I have a charged handset in my room ( along with cell phone) as I hope to sleep in until naturally awake after being up later than usual. I left a message call tomorrow as available all day.

SO I realize there are voicemails I had not heard and listened to them.

One on my home phone answering machine seems to have come in AFTER the one I heard on my cell phone. The local dealer guy said "We need some more information to file paperwork for the request. We need to know the owner of the car, who hold's title."
And apparently KIA is not finding a car titled in my name.

3:40 pm message: "Hi this is XXX from Kia Customer Service. Just need you to verify some things , um just needed to verify some things for the tech line case. Unfortunately were were not able to get the check engine light on, so did do the bearing test . as we are submitting a tech line cases;... it does fail the bearing test, it does need a motor , but we need to notify TWA under that extension I would need to know who the owner of the vehicle is, with your name _____ it is not bringing up that there is any warranty coverage. whatever name I have on the RO- under the inquiry it has to be the owner, the name of the owner. I need to verify if the warranty extension is eligible or not before I can proceed."

REALLY?
What the hell
I mean how would they KNOW the warranty extension is applicable to the car based on either VIN OR My Name UNTIL it was reported that the car presents with the failed bearing test?

NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID:
19V120000

Report Date:
February 22, 2019

Vehicles Affected:
378,967

Consequence:
Piston damage may result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of crash. A broken connecting rod may puncture the engine block allowing engine oil to escape. The leaking oil may contact the exhaust, increasing the risk of a fire.

What You Should Do:
Kia will notify owners, and dealers will upgrade the Catalytic Overheating Protection Engine Control Unit logic to prevent overheating of the catalytic converter. In addition, the catalytic converter will also be replaced if it has been damaged. Depending on the extent of any damage, the engine may also be replaced, free of charge. Owners may contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542. Kia's number for this recall is SC176.

Summary:
Kia Motors America (Kia) is recalling certain 2012-2016 Kia Soul vehicles equipped with 1.6L Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines. High exhaust gas temperatures may damage the catalytic converter, possibly resulting in abnormal engine combustion and damage to one or more of the engine's pistons and possible piston connecting rod failure.
