OH and I forgot to write about what I intended to capture.
The only other one who opened windows at night in their room *besides me- to let in the cool air
Is the one who now has tonsilitis ( self diagnosed).
I opened my windows last night, and awoke with throat feeling sore. It feels better NOW.
I drank some water, and shut up my room.
I do this- open it up to cool at night then shut it up in the morning.
Since the air quality alerts we have not been opening up the downstairs which is a bummer as it hovers around 82 degrees there.
But the cool air makes the upstairs much cooler!
It struck me the sore throat/tonsilitis might be caused by the bad air quality we have been having, or allergens which cause post nasal drip. Anecdotally this is the case for me. ALSO when the windows in my room are opened my little doggie has allergy symptoms. If the windows are all shut they are mitigaged in her.
That just sucks that the poor air quality really does make people sick ( and some of my own family).
