Just when thought- my asthma is being managed pretty well! Less attacks
Getting used to the cat 🐈 belonging to my kid thst is at my home

I am at work and one gal asked me to help her navigate a computer system needed for her work ? Simple password reset but not easy for Healthcare workers who are honestly not as computer savvy as some of the younger generations),

And I swear it was all of 10 minutes standing with her here at tge Concierge Desk

And I know she has a cat..

My asthma just flared

I just drank coffee ☕️
It's the go to if I don't have albuterol on me.

The itchy eyes and nose starting to run - post nasal drop, and itchy ears subtlety there still

But the breathing which waa quickly wheezy with feeling if the tightening up as bronchial start to enlarge with inflammation
Just happened very quickly

But grateful the coffee helped quickly too.

I can also grsp the portable fun and soy on the porch for a minute.

Just a bummer.

I uses to carry an inhaler in my guitar case. I have a new guitar abs hard case I bring to work and it does not have an inhaler.

Just a bummer.

Today my fiance abd I got into a bit of a cleaning spree at his house before I went to work. I used my inhaler as my lungs got irritated then. I should have also taken an antihistamine but did not.

I think my lungs were already more sensitive tonight due to that prior irritation earlier in the day.

Just a bit of a bummer.
