Damn. I DID IT AGAIN
WROTE my morning pages on phone and lost the entry by a typo accidentally hitting the back arrow somehow.

Called Art to recommend and he laughed telling me that is the book HE recommended to me back in 2007.
I recalled the moment, his story in detail....all but the book...lol.
